The Towman app doesn’t collect, sell, or share your personal information. There are no accounts, no ads, and no tracking, and your company is saved on your own device. This website keeps your email address only if you join our launch list.
The Towman app
- No personal data. Towman doesn’t ask for your name, email, or any other personal information, and it has no accounts or sign-in.
- No tracking or ads. The app contains no advertising, analytics, or tracking tools, and it doesn’t follow you across other apps or websites.
- No device permissions. Towman doesn’t use your location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone.
- Your save stays on your device. Your company, trucks, cash, and settings are stored on your iPhone or iPad so you can pick up where you left off. They are never sent to us. Deleting the app deletes them. Like other app data, they can be included in your device’s own iCloud or computer backups, which Apple manages.
What Apple shares with us
Apple runs the App Store, so Apple handles downloads and any payments under its own privacy policy. We never see your payment details.
Apple gives developers download and sales totals. If you’ve chosen to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple also shares anonymous crash reports and usage statistics. None of this identifies you to us.
If you ever test a pre-release version through Apple’s TestFlight, Apple may share your name and email (if you were invited by email), your device model and OS version, crash reports, and any feedback or screenshots you choose to send.
This website
- No cookies, ads, or analytics. The site doesn’t track your visit, and its fonts and scripts come from this site, not from third parties.
- Theme choice. The player guide remembers whether you picked light or dark mode in your browser’s local storage. That setting never leaves your browser.
- Server logs. The service that hosts this site may keep standard logs, such as IP addresses and browser types, to keep it secure and running.
The launch list
- What we keep. If you sign up on our coming soon page, we keep the email address you enter. Nothing else is asked for.
- What it’s for. We use it only to send you Towman news, like the day the game launches. We never sell it or share it for anyone else’s marketing.
- Where it lives. Sign-ups are stored with Netlify, the service that hosts this website.
- Leaving the list. Email [email protected] and we’ll delete your address.
- Age. You must be 13 or older to sign up.
Children
Towman is made for players of all ages. Because the game doesn’t collect personal information from anyone, it doesn’t collect any from children. The launch list is for people 13 and older; if we learn a child under 13 signed up, we delete the address.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
