    A friendlier first day

Clearer calls, a fleet that tells you when it’s free, and buttons that take you where they point.

    New

    • A new app icon: the red wrecker on the city.
    • ALL OUT, with a time. When every truck that could take a call is out, the job card says so and tells you when the next one is free, like “Unit 2 free in 6 min.” Busy trucks in the picker show their free-in time too.
    • Missed calls you can see. A call that runs out plays a short drop, its pin sinks, and MISSED floats up where it was. Job cards show the minutes left and turn red when time is short.
    • Tips from Dot. The first accident you can’t take explains why you need a Flatbed, and your second truck gets a tip of its own.
    • Your build number in Settings, so you can tell us exactly which version you’re playing.

    Improved

    • The goal chip always has something in reach. It points at the nearest thing you can afford, with your next big level goal on a second line, so there’s no long stretch with nothing to buy.
    • Calls you can’t take yet stop crowding the board. At most one sits next to the calls your fleet can handle, and van calls wait until your company reaches the Heavy’s level.
    • Clearer reasons. A truck that can’t take a call gives the real reason first, like “Needs a flatbed,” instead of just “Busy.”
    • The clock waits for you. It holds whenever the city is out of view, on every tab and sheet, so calls don’t run out while you shop.
    • Speed control: tap to switch between 1x, 2x, and 4x, and hold to pause. Towman remembers your speed.
    • Buttons land where they point. The goal chip opens the right truck or shop row, the Depot scrolls to the building you need, DETAILS opens the truck you picked, and “Parking lot full” comes with a GO TO DEPOT button.
    • New trucks up front. When your goal is a new truck, the Garage shows it first.
    • Plainer numbers. Prices show how much you still need, City Pulse shows the real weather effects and rush hours, and every “why can’t I” message is bigger and easier to read.
    • A lighter map that does less work every frame.

    Fixed

    • Starting over is safe. Reset asks first, says exactly what will be erased, and leaves nothing from the old company behind.

    Known issue

    • The Depot tab can crash once the Service Bay reaches level 6. This also affects build 20. Keep the bay at level 5 until the fix is in.
  2. 1.0 · Build 20In testing

    The first test build

The whole Chicagoland starter region, three trucks, and a towing company to grow from one truck up.

Build 18, uploaded earlier the same day, was the same game.

    In this build

    • The Chicagoland starter region. Start in Shamburg, then open Arlington Rise at level 3 and Vernon Glen at level 5. Expressways, interchanges, rail, and the lake, with locked towns waiting under the fog.
    • The dispatch loop. A call comes in, the job sheet opens with your trucks in view, and tapping a truck sends it. Watch it drive out, get to work, load up, and deliver, then get paid. Calls run out if nobody takes them, and a truck heading home can take the next job on the way.
    • Three trucks, four jobs. The Light, the Flatbed, and the Heavy, for flat tires, breakdowns, accidents, and dealer runs, plus van calls and expressway wrecks that pay extra.
    • A long road up. Company levels 1 to 10 with pay perks along the way, truck upgrades to level 10 that you can see on the truck, an Office, Service Bay, and Parking Lot that grow with you, and a goal chip that shows what to aim for next.
    • A living city. Rush hours and quiet nights, rain and snow you can see, traffic that follows the clock and the weather, and City Pulse to explain what it all does to your shift.
    • A map made for watching. The camera frames each job and rides along to the payout, buildings fade when they hide a truck, trucks carry rings and route trails, and chips at the screen edge point to trucks out of view.
    • Four places to run it from: Map, Dispatch, Garage, and Depot, with Settings behind the gear.
    • Dot and Rosa walk you through your first tow and your first upgrade.
    • Your company, saved on every payout, every purchase, and whenever you leave the app.
