What this estimates
Section titled “What this estimates”Base pay + (distance in road tiles × per-tile rate).
For example, a broken-down car at 15 road tiles estimates $520 + (15 × $28) = $940. This is in-game cash, not a real towing quote.
The distance represents the route used to price a job: from the depot to the scene, plus the towing leg where needed. It is not miles or kilometers.
What it leaves out
Section titled “What it leaves out”This simple comparison does not apply district, Office, company-level, vehicle, weather, or highway modifiers. It also does not apply the game’s final nearest-$10 rounding or the tutorial’s fixed payout. Company XP shown is the base amount; heavy-vehicle variants can award more.
Those differences are why this estimate may not match an actual job card. Use the payout and requirements displayed in the game when deciding whether to take a call.
