A few small decisions can make a much smoother shift. If you are new, start with the first-shift walkthrough.

Make your next shift a good one

• Keep specialists available. Let your Light take simple calls when a Flatbed may be needed elsewhere.
• Redispatch returning trucks. They can accept another job before arriving home.
• Check the bottleneck before spending. An unused offer slot will not help when every truck is already busy.
• Plan for the next district. Keep enough cash for both the unlock and the equipment to work it.
• Pause to think. Offer timers move with the game clock. Slow down when you want to compare choices.

Common questions

Why can’t I assign this truck?

Check the job’s required capability and the truck’s status. A Light cannot take a Flatbed job. A van variant may require a Heavy. A truck already working another job cannot be assigned twice, but a returning truck is available for redispatch.

Why can’t I upgrade my truck?

You need enough cash and a Service Bay that supports the next level. The starter Bay allows truck level 3, and each Bay upgrade raises the cap by one level, up to truck level 10.

Why can’t I buy another truck?

Check its company-level requirement, purchase price, and available parking. The starter lot holds two trucks, including your first Light. Upgrade parking to reach three, then five, and eventually eight spaces.

A call disappeared. Did I lose money?

An unclaimed ordinary call expires after 25 game minutes. You lose that opportunity, not money you have already earned. The first tutorial call does not expire. A dispatched job is no longer subject to the offer deadline.

My truck is driving home. When do I get paid?

You were paid when the job completed. The return trip is already available time: you can send the truck to another job.

How do I save?

The current game saves locally on your device when jobs complete, after purchases, and when the app goes into the background. You do not need a manual save button. Your save stays on that device.

Does the company earn money while I’m away?

No. The clock pauses while the app is closed, and your saved shift picks up right where you left it.

Can I play without an internet connection?

The simulation and local saves run on your device. You will need a connection to download or update Towman from the App Store, but the game loop does not depend on a live service. If you encounter issues downloading or updating from Apple, see Apple Support’s download guide.

Is there an energy meter? Are there forced ads?

No. Towman is built around playing the game at your pace, with no energy meter and no forced ads interrupting a shift.

Can I change the sound or vibration?

Open MORE and use the Sound and Vibration switches.

How do I start over?

Open MORE and choose RESET PROGRESS, then confirm the second action. This erases your company progress for good. There is no undo.

Which devices can play Towman?

Towman runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS 18 or iPadOS 18 or later. To see if your device is supported, you can find your software version on Apple Support. Pre-release testers can join via Apple TestFlight. When you are ready to roll, Get Towman on the App Store.

What should a useful bug report include?

Note what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened. Include the app version, device model, and OS version. A screenshot of the affected screen can help. Avoid including private information.
