The dispatch loop

Your company grows through a simple rhythm: find a job, send a truck, get paid, and reinvest. The fun is deciding what to do next.

Every dispatch advances through clear operational phases:

Phase 01 Available

Pin appears on map with a 25-minute timer ring.

Phase 02 En Route

Assigned truck rolls out from depot or current street.

Phase 03 On Scene

Driver assesses scene. Roadside jobs finish right here!

Phase 04 Loading

Vehicle is winched or secured onto the deck.

Phase 05 Transport

Rig delivers car to repair shop, depot, or home.

Phase 06 Payday & Re-dispatch

Cash + XP credited instantly upon arrival.

Available jobs appear as markers on the map and in the JOBS tab. Open one to see its location, payout, required truck capability, and expected work.

Ordinary unclaimed calls expire after 25 game minutes. The ring around a job marker shows the time remaining. Taking a job removes that offer deadline; you are not racing the original expiry timer after dispatch.

The Office limits how many open offers the company can handle. At the starter Office, up to three offers can be available at once. Upgrades raise that limit.

Accept a job to open the truck picker. Check the ETA and capability before choosing. A truck that is busy or cannot do the work shows why it is unavailable.

  • A Light handles everyday car tows and roadside assistance.
  • A Flatbed can also take accident recovery and dealer transport jobs.
  • A Heavy adds the capability needed for van and box-truck variants.

See the fleet guide for prices and unlock levels.

Real shifts force quick decisions. Here is how seasoned operators handle common dispatch dilemmas:

Scenario A: The Double-Dip

The situation: Your Flatbed finishes a delivery near Shamburg Mall and begins its return drive. A new accident call drops two blocks away.

The move: Hot re-dispatch immediately. Do not wait for the rig to return to the depot. Assigning it from the street cuts transit time by more than half and secures the payday before the offer expires.

Scenario B: Guarding the Specialist

The situation: A routine flat tire pops up on Main Street. Your Heavy wrecker is idle right next to it, but your Light truck is four blocks away.

The move: Send the Light. Roadside calls don't require heavy machinery. Keep your Heavy wrecker staged in case a lucrative commercial delivery van or box truck breaks down on Route 53.

The map’s fleet gauge shows how many trucks are ready:

  • CALM: Plenty of rigs idle and ready at the lot.
  • BUSY: Fleet active with healthy queue capacity.
  • ALL OUT: Every rig dispatched on a call.
  • SWAMPED: Offers piling up faster than trucks can finish.

Tapping any truck indicator on the gauge immediately focuses camera tracking onto that rig.

Use pause, 1×, 2×, or 4×. At 1×, one real second advances one game minute. Pause when you want time to look around or plan an upgrade.

The game clock stops when the app is closed. The current game does not award offline catch-up income.
